A successful anti-bullying initiative is not a single action, but a comprehensive, long-term, and school-wide commitment that involves students, staff, families, and the community. The most effective programs adopt a multi-faceted approach focusing on prevention, intervention, and creating a positive school climate.
Self Awareness
The ability to understand one's own emotions, thoughts, values, and how they influence behavior across contexts. This includes recognizing one's strengths and limitations with a grounded sense of confidence.
Student Circle
Peer-Led Mentorship
Create student leadership or mediation groups to promote inclusion, positive behavior, and conflict resolution among peers.
